Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will offer:
A replacement or
A refund if applicable.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days in unused condition.
